Guest Blogger: Sachiko from Tea Rose Home
Hello! I’m Sachiko from Tea Rose Home. On my blog I mainly share sewing, crafting, refashioning and more. Drop by sometime to see what I’m up to!
I was so excited for this opportunity to review DownEast Home & Clothing, because it is one of my favorite places to shop. On this visit, I decided to pick some outfits for Rachel, my little girl. As much as I wanted to stay within my budget, I also wanted to find the cutest things possible for her. So I was searching for the “it” items in the newest clothing lines and looking through the sales rack, as well. The thing with DownEast is that in addition to their everyday good prices, they always have a great sale going on. In fact, when I was there, all the fashion tops and sweaters were 30 percent off!
Oh, what a perfect day…
I had many clothing items in my arms, but ended up selecting the pieces I thought would work best with what she already has in her closet. I came home with these four things:
A cardigan, ruffled shirt, some cute cropped pants and a skirt. Trust me, it wasn’t an easy decision. I found so many other things I liked, too – it was hard to put them back on the shelves!
Rachel was really excited about her new outfit. We headed out for our mini photo shoot.
With cardigan, ruffled top and skirt…
Here’s the same cardigan and top, but with the cropped pants. And, I added different accessories…
These four items are unique and cute individually, yet simple enough to go with many different things. Isn’t that just the best?
Rachel and I had lots of fun. Thank you so much for letting me visit with you!
